Our Service does NOT constitute professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with licensed professionals. Accuracy of Diagnoses

While we strive for accuracy, SnapFix's automated diagnostic system may not identify all issues or may provide incomplete information. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of diagnoses.

Third-Party Contractors

SnapFix connects you with independent contractors but does NOT employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any contractor. We are not responsible for the quality of work, pricing, or conduct of any contractor. You enter into agreements with contractors at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

By uploading photos or content to SnapFix, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

8. Payment Terms

Some features of SnapFix may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or service:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
