1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SnapFix mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service") operated by SnapFix Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SnapFix Inc. We recommend printing or saving a copy for your records.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro" at $4.99 CAD/month or $49.99 CAD/year, and "Premium" at $12.99 CAD/month or $129.99 CAD/year). All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies.

A free tier is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier at any time with reasonable notice.

6. AI Diagnosis Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: AI diagnoses are for informational purposes ONLY and do not constitute professional engineering, contracting, electrical, plumbing, structural, or any other licensed professional advice.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inapplicable to your specific situation. You should always:

7. Contractor Directory

Contractors listed in the Service are independent third parties. SnapFix does not:

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of SnapFix Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNAPFIX INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNAPFIX INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapFix Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the above, SnapFix reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
